H.A.C. Shubhagya is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in industrial automation and maintenance management. Currently serving as a Maintenance Manager, he has hands-on expertise in PLC programming and troubleshooting across various platforms, including Siemens, LS, Mitsubishi, and Xinje PLCs. Additionally, he is skilled in programming and troubleshooting Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) such as Danfoss, ENC, and Yaskawa. Shubhagya is undergoing comprehensive training at T&C, a renowned Korean automation company, where he focuses on enhancing operational efficiency and solving complex automation challenges.
Shubhagya is also a PLC lecturer at SLIR, where he shares his knowledge and practical experience in industrial automation with students. His key skills include automation system integration, motion control, servo technology, industrial networking (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP), HMI development, and advanced diagnostics. He has worked on several key projects, including PLC-based control system implementation and VFD integration for motor control systems, demonstrating his ability to optimize production processes and reduce downtime.
With upcoming training in Siemens PLC programming and Sinamics drive systems at the Indian Training Center and practical experience at Bobst Company in Italy, Shubhagya continues to expand his expertise in industrial automation. His ongoing certifications and training reflect his commitment to staying at the forefront of automation technology.
