This pick and place system made using a Stepper motor and some pneumatic componets.
Stepper motor was controlled using PTO (Pulse Train Output) function of the PLC.
A product will come through the Conveyor pick it up and plce into the next conveyor.
This is a simple elevator control system programmed using ladder logic. There are 4 stages.
once the button is pushed the elevator will come to that stage. This practical is a demonstration
of the decision making algorithms.
This project uses two FEM54 vibrant sensors. Program Done using s7 - 200 PLC. Once start button is pushed
Tank 02 will start to fill. After tank 02 is full heater will start for 5 Secs. Then heated liquid will
again fill into Tank 01. After this preparation is done filling process will start.
This project is a demonstration of how to use flow charts.
